  • If you don't have a broker, you can find a broker on SimpleHedge. We partner with experienced brokers who understand the agricultural market and can provide personalized support tailored to your needs.

  • No, SimpleHedge operates independently of your physical grain contracts. This separation allows you to hedge your crops without being tied down to specific elevators or physical delivery obligations, providing greater flexibility in your marketing decisions.

    There is always a risk that your account’s Futures Commission Merchant may fail: Under CFTC Regulations, the FCM is required to maintain your funds in a segregated  account. If the FCM fails to do so, then you may be subject to a risk of loss of funds on deposit in the event of  bankruptcy. In addition, under certain circumstances, such as the inability of another customer’s account to satisfy a  margin call, you may be subject to a risk of loss of your funds on deposit with the FCM, even if such funds are  properly segregated. In the case of any such bankruptcy or customer loss, you might recover, even in respect of  property specifically traceable to your Account, only on a pro-rata share of all property available to all of the FCM’s  customers. It is possible that you may not be able to recover any of your funds.
